I’m teaming up with Single Edition again to bring you another Sparkle Louder contest from Hpnotiq just in time for the holidays! I think royal blue for the holidays is amazing as a pop of color. Below I tried to recreate my look from last New Year’s Eve:
I always look forward to NYE because of the sparkle and the opportunity to dress up. In the photo below I am wearing (although the Sparkle Louder app turns everything vintage black and white) this beautiful royal blue heart-neck shape dress that I bought on sale from Topshop and I decided to wear my Curly Fro out. Although it’s difficult to see, I had a sparkly smokey eye with dark blue makeup (courtesy of MAC’s Sea and Sky Mineral Eyeshadow duo) and a nude lip with a NYX Mega Shine Lipgloss in Chocolate. I still have this dress and I whip it out on extra special occasions. There is a trend for people to overload on wearing sequins and sparkles for NYE, but I think wearing a bright statement color outfit along with sparkly accessories will definitely help you standout in a sea of sequins.
